    Senior Chief,

I too suffer from PTSD. I didn’t know what it was until a man stood in frontof me on the road and I on my tractor. I stopped, he introduced himself and asked if i was a Vietnam vet. I said yes and then he asked if I knew I had PTSD. Had never heard of it. Anyway, he convinced me to go to the VA and be diagnosed, which I was. I have changed my life a great deal since that fateful day on the road. I don’t take their “legal drugs” but I prefer St. John’s Wort and a tea of Sage and Rosemary and if I really need calming down I add catnip to it. But that is seldom nowdays. Great article.
