First off I do not think, or believe that Russia would attack the United States with Nuclear weapons-namely Ballistic missiles. I do think that Russia would use tactical missiles in the Mid East conflict if deemed necessary in the proposed Sunni Turkey-Saudi Arabia conflict. This includes the 25 small states pledging Islamic subservience.
The likelihood of war in the Mid-East is quite possible. Currently Saudi Arabia and Turkey, with a total of 25 Arab nations, are banding together to attack Syrian Forces, principally around the city of Aleppo. This has been a stronghold of ISIS and Sunni control since 2011.
From an historical standpoint in the 1950’s there was a serious panic about the (then) Soviet Union attacking the United States with nuclear missiles. There was no defense at that time but building bomb shelters in the back yard. Cities and towns opened their basements as fallout shelters, and geiger counters were a hot item […]

This article is a basic re-hash of what I have been advocating for years. Perhaps you might go back in the previously written article to […]
We, the Western culture have little interest, much less knowledge of the absolute contentious conflagrations awaiting us. Much of this is based upon the internal hatreds of the Mid Eastern religious sects as well as the vast land distances and rugged terrain. For thousands of years these peoples remain essentially the same in customs, traditions, […]
Yes there is more WAR formation and it is building up a likely potential in Iraq, Syria, Iran, Turkey. Israel is now engaged in a trade squabble with the United Nations bureaucracy. First Let us reflect on the cause of all this current mess. Recall the Russian airplane shot down over Turkey’s airspace and Russia […]
When we think about being prepared for any eventually, albeit riots, no job, rampant disease, cold, hot; well how about the floods and no road passable. Although we are about as prepped as anyone can be, we had two problems, (1) the floods made county roads impassable and (2) my “fixed bridge” washed out again. […]
